Day 4 – National Poetry Month: Condiments in Glass

I’m attempting a rondelet poem on day four, from the prompt Condiments in Glass. I’m now wondering why I came up with that unusual prompt, but here’s the poem harkening back with a bit of nostalgia. Enjoy.

Condiments in Glass

Checkered table
The bottles waiting in a row
Checkered table
Like little knights in a fable
Ketchup, mustard, relish just so
Ready the burgers for the show
Checkered table
