Back to the Fluffy and Fluffernutter saga this week with two more stories. Enjoy.

Preparing for Guests
โFluffy likes cranberry sauce?โ Frankie looked at me with wide eyes.
โI think so. At least his little paws and mouth were covered in the sticky stuff and the sample bowl I had in the kitchen was turned over.โ
โThatโs so cool. Fluffernutter likes stuffing.โ Frankie grinned.
Uh oh. Something was going on in his head. That was never good.
โYou know what that means donโt you?โ
I was almost afraid to ask. โWhat?โ
โTwo more places at the table for the holidays!โ
Well, that didnโt sound too bad. Then I looked at Fluffy. I swear that guinea pig smiled.
Dinner Disaster
Lying in the hospital bed, I stared at the ceiling. I didnโt blame the docs in emergency for ordering a psych evaluation. Between Frankieโs rambling and the truth, we mustโve seemed crazy.
I canโt imagine too many people come in after being attacked by a cat.
I sighed. Twenty seven slashes and ten bite marks; Frankie was even worse. They ran through two stim healers fixing us up.
โIโm sorry. I donโt know how the super charged catnip got in Fluffernutterโs gravy. The poor thing went berserk.โ
Oh, I knew.
Fluffy, Fluffy, what am I going to do with you?

Peaches is reading over my shoulder, twitching his tail.
“She wrote ‘super charged catnip’. I’d like that.”
