Colours
Vivid splashes rolling
across the canvas
in brushstrokes shedding
captured images
Passion smeared
in dyed medium
Scarlet bounding
from the shadows
Sapphire enveloping
the brightest sky
A soft summer day
caught impasto
with the artist’s skill
Be Afraid of the Dark
