Today’s prompt was Erasure Lies and I wrote a Blitz Poem. Enjoy.

Erasure Lies

Build the house
Build the hype
Hype the product
Hype the insanity
Insanity tripe
Insanity lies
Lies and drivel
Lies incessantly
Incessantly endless
Incessantly talking
Talking rubbish
Talking trickery
Trickery fraud
Trickery as truth
Truth debased
Truth erased
Erased from existence
Erased and gone
Gone like the wind
Gone by measure
Measure the time
Measure the loss
Loss infinity
Loss of innocence
Innocence beguiled
Innocence commodity
Commodity traded
Commodity is all
All around
All or nothing
Nothing seen
Nothing matters
Matters of mind
Matters of deception
Deception as reality
Deception game
Game of power
Game over
Over the moon
Over and done
Done forever
Done and dusted
Dusted and broken
Dusted off
Off we go
Off with heads
Heads or tails
Heads will roll
Roll…
Tails…
