Book Updates

I have some news on two books for you, my new fantasy novel Ghosts of the Sea Moon and a fantasy anthology for charity A Twist of Fate: A Collection of 11 Twisted Fairy Tales.

I have a story in the just released charity anthology, A Twist of Fate: A Collection of 11 Twisted Fairy Tales called The Quest of the Sixth Swan.  The tale is a continuation of the classic fairy tale The Six Swans, written with a little steampunk flare. You can find it and the other wonderful stories in A Twist of Fate.

There’s also a Facebook launch party later today for the book so please stop on by.

What happens when you let eleven authors twist classic fairy tales? MAGIC!

Weave your way through imagination as Fate takes an interesting turn in your favorite childhood stories. From The Frog Prince to The Six Swans, see what happens when fairy tales are … twisted.

A king struggles to find someone who can love him despite his flaws. A musician works to reverse his curse. A queen wants to keep her crown. The singing bard plans an escape, and Red might have bitten off more than she can chew. These stories and more await you.

Let the magic of these tales sweep you away with mischief, mayhem, and a good dose of snark.

Open the door to A Twist of Fate.

Ghosts of the Sea Moon

GotSMMed

In the Outer Islands, gods and magic rule the ocean.
Under the command of Captain Rafe Morrow, the crew of the Celestial Jewel ferry souls to the After World and defend the seas from monsters. Rafe has dedicated his life to protecting the lost, but the tides have shifted and times have changed.
His sister, the Goddess of the Moon, is on a rampage and her creatures are terrorizing the islands. The survival of the living and dead hinge on the courage and cunning of a beleaguered captain and his motley crew of men and ghosts.
What he doesn’t know is that her threat is part of a larger game. That an ancient, black-winged malevolence is using them all as pawns…

Come set sail with ghosts, gods and sea monsters.

I also have a four chapter preview on Instafreebie.

There’s been numerous delays into publishing the print copy, but (barring any more problems) it should be approved and sent into the system by the January 13th launch date. My apologies for the holdup, but fixing last minute typos and formatting issues in a print edition is a pain.

I’m throwing a launch party for Ghosts of the Sea Moon!
