Dusk to Dawn

Dusk

Gossamer

Eclipse of sunlight

Ghouls dance until the rising

Dawn

And here’s the reposting of the poems I wrote over the weekend, that were shuffled else to make room for the B2BCyCon convention.

Holding Patterns

Circles in a static blueprint

rotund travel, all roundabouts

Mundane monotone, in outlines

filled precisely within the lines

Copy printed days in triplicate,

repeated action in automated style

Black and white, in shades of grey

a life in a holding pattern.

Puzzles of Yesterday

Enigmatic riddles of yesterday

Bleed cracks into tomorrow

How do you build stability

on a shaky, lopsided foundation?

Bleed cracks into tomorrow

with intolerable division today

Isolation will leave you alone

How do you build stability?

not in hate, intolerance or violence

We are not many, but one.

On a shaky, lopsided foundation

tomorrow will quaver and fall

yesterday turns the future to ash

Towards the Moon

The breath of Endymion

sails towards the moon,

on a silver sea of stars

around the night ethereal

Past dreams and realms

in the hoary wake of gods

Blown along the cosmic nexus

towards home.
