National Poetry Month: Vulnerable

Vulnerable

Shrouded underneath the silent void
Unprepared to face the false smiles
Cast adrift among the sharks
Yet you swim while drowning
Withdrawn past eclipse
Silent words roam
Seeking help
Nothing
Comes
